Outdoor Yoga in South Park

Start your day the yogic way. The morning is considered a divine time when an individual's spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of sunrise yoga practice. This class is a gentle, yet energizing blend of poses designed to invigorate and nourish you with a positive attitude to prepare for the day ahead.
Bring your own yoga mat, no mats will be provided. Face coverings must be worn and each participant will be six feet apart.
